Cancellation policy

  • Unprocessed Orders: If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, you may request a cancellation. Our team will endeavor to accommodate your request promptly, as per your rights under the Consumer Act.

Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • If your order has already been processed for shipment, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy after receiving the order, as per your rights under the Consumer Act.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment or processing, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, as mandated by the Consumer Act.
